Who we are

Promptable Sites is a service by Outspoke, based in Ontario, Canada. Questions about your information go to hello@promptablesites.com.

What we collect

• When you request a website check: your website address and email.
• When you become a client: your name, billing details (handled by our payment provider), and the account access you choose to give us for the migration.
• From your public website: the pages, images, and settings anyone can see, which we scan to prepare your report.

How we use it

To prepare your report, reply to you, deliver the service you buy, and keep records we're required to keep. We don't sell your information. We only email you about your report and your project unless you ask for more.

Services we use

We use trusted providers to run this service: Cloudflare (website hosting), Airtable (records), Google Workspace (email), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic's Claude (AI analysis of public website content and drafting of reports). Each handles information only to provide its service to us.

Your account access

Access you give us for a migration is used only for that work. We store it in a secure secret store, never in email or documents, and you can remove it at any time. We ask you to remove it after handover.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@promptablesites.com.
